Ingredients: 60 ml Monkey 47 Gin; 20 ml black cherry liqueur; 15 ml fresh lemon juice; 10 ml honey syrup; 2 dashes aromatic bitters

Black Forest Elixir is a shaken cocktail made with Monkey 47, served in a coupe.

Method: Shaken
Glass: Coupe
Ice: Cubes
Garnish: Fresh rosemary sprig

Ingredients

60 ml Monkey 47 Gin
20 ml black cherry liqueur
15 ml fresh lemon juice
10 ml honey syrup
2 dashes aromatic bitters

Method

Fill a shaker with ice.
Add Monkey 47 Gin, black cherry liqueur, fresh lemon juice, honey syrup, and aromatic bitters.
Shake well for 10–15 seconds.
Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Garnish with a fresh rosemary sprig.

Serve in a coupe glass with a rosemary sprig garnish.
