Yamazaki Harmony

Ingrediënten

• 60 ml Yamazaki 18 yrs
• 15 ml honey syrup
• 10 ml fresh lemon juice
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Bereiding

1. Fill a mixing glass with ice.
2. Add Yamazaki 18 yrs, honey syrup, fresh lemon juice, and Angostura bitters.
3. Stir gently for 20 seconds.
4. Strain into a chilled rocks glass over a large ice cube.
5. Garnish with a lemon twist.
