Watermelon Silk

Ingrediënten

• 45 ml Monin Watermelon Liqueur
• 30 ml premium vodka
• 20 ml fresh lime juice
• 15 ml elderflower liqueur
• 10 ml simple syrup
• 60 ml prosecco
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Bereiding

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
2. Add the watermelon liqueur, vodka, fresh lime juice, elderflower liqueur, and simple syrup.
3. Shake vigorously for 10-12 seconds until well-chilled.
4. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
5. Top with prosecco and stir gently.
6. Add the Angostura bitters on top.

Serve in a chilled coupe glass.
