Ingrediënten

• 45 ml Mortlach The Wee Witchie 12 yrs
• 15 ml Amaro Nonino
• 10 ml fresh lemon juice
• 7.5 ml honey syrup
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• 1 dash chocolate bitters

Bereiding

1. Fill a mixing glass with ice
2. Add Mortlach, Amaro Nonino, fresh lemon juice, and honey syrup
3. Add both dashes of bitters
4. Stir continuously for 12-15 seconds until well-chilled
5. Strain into the prepared glass using a fine mesh strainer
6. Express the oils from a lemon peel over the drink surface
7. Place the expressed peel as garnish

Serve in a crystal coupe glass with a single twisted lemon peel positioned across the rim and a single dark chocolate square placed on the rim as a complementary tasting element. Float one large ice sphere in the glass if serving on rocks alternative.
