The Pig's Whistle

Ingrediënten

• 60 ml WhistlePig Rye 12 Years
• 22.5 ml Amaro Averna
• 15 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
• 10 ml Maple Syrup
• 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
• 1 Dash Walnut Bitters

Bereiding

1. Fill a mixing glass with ice
2. Pour the WhistlePig Rye 12 Years into the mixing glass
3. Add the Amaro Averna
4. Add the fresh lemon juice
5. Add the maple syrup
6. Add both dashes of Angostura bitters and walnut bitters
7. Stir continuously for 12-15 seconds until well-chilled
8. Strain into the prepared glass using a Hawthorne strainer
9. Express the oils from an orange peel over the surface

Coupe glass chilled for 2 minutes prior to service
