The Gentleman's Heist

Ingrediënten

• 60 ml Larceny Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey
• 20 ml Cognac
• 15 ml Crème de Cacao (dark)
• 10 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
• 8 ml Honey Syrup (1:1 ratio)
• 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
• 1 Egg White

Bereiding

1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker without ice
2. Dry shake vigorously for 10 seconds to emulsify the egg white
3. Add a large handful of ice to the shaker
4. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds until well-chilled
5. Fine strain into the prepared glass
6. Allow the foam to settle for 5 seconds before serving

Serve in a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a thin strip of candied lemon peel placed delicately on top of the foam head. Create a small pool of dark chocolate bitters (3-4 drops) in the center of the foam as a final decorative element. Serve immediately while foam is still prominent.
