Teeling Mist

Ingrediënten

• 60 ml Teeling Irish Single Malt Whiskey
• 30 ml Elderflower liqueur
• 22.5 ml Fresh lemon juice
• 15 ml Simple syrup
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Bereiding

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
2. Add the Teeling Irish Single Malt Whiskey, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, and simple syrup
3. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds
4. Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass
5. Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters on top of the drink

Served in a coupe glass with a lemon twist
