Southern Rose

Ingrediënten

• 60 ml Four Roses Small Batch Bourbon Whisky
• 20 ml fresh lemon juice
• 15 ml honey syrup (1:1 honey to water)
• 10 ml ginger liqueur
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Bereiding

1. Fill a shaker with ice.
2. Add Four Roses Small Batch Bourbon Whisky, fresh lemon juice, honey syrup, ginger liqueur, and Angostura bitters.
3. Shake well for 10–15 seconds.
4. Strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with ice.
5. Garnish with a lemon twist.
