Raasay Rendezvous

Ingrediënten

• 50 ml Isle of Raasay Signature Single Malt Whisky
• 20 ml Honey Syrup
• 15 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
• 2 dashes Angostura Bitters

Bereiding

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
2. Add the Isle of Raasay Signature Single Malt Whisky, honey syrup, lemon juice, and Angostura bitters
3. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds
4. Double-strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass

Served in a coupe glass with a lemon twist, expressed over the drink to release the oils
