Ingrediënten
- 50 ml Aalborg Taffel Akvavit
- 25 ml Honey-thyme syrup
- 20 ml Fresh lemon juice
- 10 ml Aquavit-infused maple syrup
Bereiding
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes
- Add Aalborg Taffel Akvavit, honey-thyme syrup, lemon juice, and aquavit-infused maple syrup
- Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds
- Double-strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass
Served in a coupe glass, garnished with a lemon twist and a sprig of fresh thyme
