Midleton Rare Encounter

Ingrediënten

• 60 ml Midleton Very Rare Release 2018
• 20 ml Demerara sugar syrup (2:1 sugar to water ratio)
• 10 ml Amontillado sherry
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• 1 dash Peychaud's bitters

Bereiding

1. Fill a mixing glass with ice.
2. Add the Midleton Very Rare Release 2018, Demerara sugar syrup, Amontillado sherry, Angostura bitters, and Peychaud's bitters.
3. Stir until well-chilled.
4. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.

Coupe glass, garnished with a single, large hand-cut ice cube and a flamed orange twist.
