Matsui Old Fashioned

Ingrediënten

• 60 ml Matsui Shuzo The Matsui Mizunara Cask
• 15 ml Demerara simple syrup
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• 1 dash orange bitters

Bereiding

1. Fill a mixing glass with ice cubes
2. Add the Matsui Shuzo The Matsui Mizunara Cask, Demerara simple syrup, Angostura bitters, and orange bitters
3. Stir gently for 20-30 seconds until well-chilled
4. Strain the mixture into a rocks glass filled with a large ice cube
