Lychee Blossom Fizz

Ingrediënten

• 60 ml Soho Lychee Liqueur
• 30 ml gin
• 15 ml fresh lime juice
• 10 ml simple syrup
• 60 ml soda water

Bereiding

1. Fill a shaker with ice.
2. Add Soho Lychee Liqueur, gin, fresh lime juice, and simple syrup.
3. Shake well for 10–15 seconds.
4. Strain into a tall glass filled with ice.
5. Top with soda water and gently stir.
6. Garnish with a fresh lychee and a sprig of mint.

Serve in a tall, clear highball glass with a fresh lychee and mint garnish.
