Hibiki's Harmonious Reverie

Ingrediënten

• 60 ml Hibiki 30 yrs Japanese Whisky
• 15 ml Aged Armagnac
• 10 ml Maple Syrup
• 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
• 1 Lemon peel

Bereiding

1. Fill a mixing glass with ice cubes
2. Add the Hibiki 30 yrs Japanese Whisky, Aged Armagnac, and maple syrup
3. Stir gently for 20-30 seconds until well-chilled
4. Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass
5. Add 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
6. Express the lemon peel over the drink to release the oils, then discard

Serve in a chilled coupe glass
