Ingrediënten

• 60 ml Hibiki 17 yrs
• 15 ml yuzu juice
• 10 ml honey syrup
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Bereiding

1. Fill a mixing glass with ice.
2. Add Hibiki 17 yrs, yuzu juice, honey syrup, and Angostura bitters.
3. Stir gently for 20 seconds.
4. Strain into a chilled rocks glass over a large ice cube.
5. Express the oils from an orange twist over the drink and use it as a garnish.
