Ingrediënten
- 60 ml Saint Germain
- 30 ml gin
- 15 ml fresh lemon juice
- 15 ml simple syrup
- 60 ml soda water
Bereiding
- Fill a shaker with ice
- Add Saint Germain, gin, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup
- Shake well for 10–15 seconds
- Strain into a highball glass filled with ice
- Top with soda water and gently stir
- Garnish with a lemon twist
