Dalwhinnie's Highland Reverie

Ingrediënten

• 60 ml Dalwhinnie 15 yrs
• 20 ml Honey syrup (1:1 honey and water)
• 15 ml Fresh lemon juice
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Bereiding

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes
2. Add Dalwhinnie 15 yrs, honey syrup, lemon juice, and Angostura bitters
3. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds
4. Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass
