Het is niet altijd makkelijk om je voor te stellen hoe een wijn smaakt op je gehemelte, of hoe je de smaken en sensaties beschrijft. Maar oefening baart kunst. Het gebeurt niet vaak dat oefenen zo leuk kan zijn.
