The wines are crafted in collaboration with Domaine La Rouillère, an established estate in Provence, ensuring that every bottle reflects the region’s renowned terroir. From vineyard to cellar, Hanikon upholds the highest standards of grape cultivation, careful selection, and precise winemaking.

Equally important to the brand is its aesthetic. Hanikon bottles are finished with a distinctive wax seal and sleek, minimalist labelling, designed to make an impression on the table as well as in the glass.

Terroir & Winemaking

Hanikon sources its grapes from the Côtes de Provence, a region celebrated worldwide for elegant, dry rosé. The mineral-rich soils and Mediterranean climate create the perfect conditions for fresh, vibrant wines.

The blend brings together Grenache, Cinsault, and Syrah, supported by smaller proportions of Mourvèdre, Vermentino, and Cabernet Sauvignon. This careful combination delivers a wine that is delicate yet expressive. On the nose, Hanikon rosé reveals notes of fresh red berries, citrus, and subtle white flowers. The palate is crisp and refreshing, with lively acidity, hints of Provençal herbs, and a clean mineral finish.
