Zoals gewoonlijk is deze laatste release van de 2015 Brut Millésimé een blend van gelijke delen Chardonnay en Pinot Noir. Met aroma's van confijte citrus, geblancheerde amandelen, kruiden en een delicate rokerige reductie, is het medium tot fullbodied, gelaagd en omhullend, met goede diepte in de kern en een licht rokerige, phenolische afdronk. Dosering: acht gram per liter.
