Aberlour Apothecary

Ingrediënten

• 50 ml Aberlour 10 yrs
• 20 ml Amaro Nonino
• 15 ml Lemon Juice
• 10 ml Honey Syrup (1:1)
• 2 dashes Angostura Bitters

Bereiding

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
2. Add Aberlour 10 yrs, Amaro Nonino, lemon juice, and honey syrup.
3. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
4. Double-strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
5. Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters on top.

Served in a chilled coupe glass, garnished with a lemon peel.
