From superyachts to private cellars
Onshore Cellars was founded in 2015 by Ed and Jess Dunnett, a former Second Officer and Chief Stewardess who met working on a 70m motor yacht. Our shop has stood in Antibes Old Town since 2017, and our team supplies yachts from 40 to 110 metres through the Mediterranean and Caribbean seasons.
Why does that matter to a collector? Because yacht provisioning is wine supply judged by the harshest standard there is: exact bottles, exact vintages, no substitutions, delivered on time in front of the most demanding audience in the world. A collector gets the same discipline, nothing less.
Sourcing rare and allocated wines
We hold more than 1,500 wines, champagnes and spirits in stock, and unlike almost every fine wine supplier in our world, our full list is browsable with public prices. No emailing for a quote, no gatekeeping.
Beyond the list sits our allocation network: Domaine de la Romanée-Conti, Pétrus, Krug Clos d'Ambonnay, Screaming Eagle, cult California, top Burgundy and first-growth Bordeaux. If a bottle exists on the market, we can usually find it. And if we can't, we tell you within hours, not after a week of silence. Professional storage, €24 a case a year
Heat is the quiet killer of fine wine. Our climate-controlled storage near Antibes holds your wine at constant cellar conditions, fully documented, with insurance cover available up to €100,000, for €24 per case per year (ex VAT). Bottles come out whenever you want them: delivered to your home, your villa, or straight to the table.
Cellar advice without the theatre
Our general manager Peter Bedding holds the WSET Diploma, and our team has curated cellars for yacht owners for a decade. We start with how you actually drink, not with a list of famous labels. A good first cellar balances wines for tonight, wines that reward five years' patience, and a few bottles that will genuinely astonish you at ten. We'll tell you honestly which is which. Starting from zero? Our cellar setup service plans, stocks and manages the whole thing.
We don't sell wine as an investment product. Wine is for drinking; if your cellar appreciates along the way, enjoy the bonus.

Kunt u zeldzame en gealloceerde wijnen leveren?
Ja. We leveren regelmatig Pétrus, Domaine de la Romanée-Conti, Krug Clos d'Ambonnay, Screaming Eagle en andere wijnen die alleen op allocatie verkrijgbaar zijn aan jachten en particuliere klanten. Als een fles op de markt bestaat, kunnen we die meestal vinden, en als we dat niet kunnen, laten we u dat snel weten in plaats van u te laten wachten.
Biedt u professionele wijnopslag aan?
Ja. Onze klimaatgeregelde opslag in de buurt van Antibes kost €24 per kist per jaar (excl. btw), met verzekeringsdekking beschikbaar tot €100.000. Uw wijnen worden opgeslagen onder professionele omstandigheden met volledige inventarisrecords, en kunnen op elk moment naar u of uw kelder worden geleverd.
Levert u in heel Europa?
Ja. Dezelfde dag aan de Côte d'Azur (Antibes, Cannes, Nice, Monaco, Saint-Tropez), volgende dag in heel Frankrijk, en enkele dagen voor de rest van de EU. We beheren temperatuurgevoelige logistiek correct, uw wijn reist op dezelfde manier als deze werd opgeslagen.
Kunt u me helpen een wijnverzameling helemaal opnieuw op te bouwen?
Absoluut, het is een van onze favoriete opdrachten. Onze general manager Peter Bedding bezit het WSET Diploma en ons team heeft tien jaar lang kelders voor jachteigenaren samengesteld. We beginnen met hoe u werkelijk drinkt, en bouwen dan een eerste verzameling op rond wijnen die het bewaren waard zijn, niet alleen beroemde merken.
Koopt u wijnverzamelingen aan?
Ja. Als u een kelder verkleint of een erfenis regelt, kopen we goed opgeslagen verzamelingen aan. Herkomst en opslaggeschiedenis bepalen de prijs die we kunnen bieden. Zie onze pagina 'Verkoop uw wijnverzameling' of neem contact met ons op met een lijst van wat u hebt.
Hoe weet ik zeker dat de herkomst van uw wijnen authentiek is?
We kopen rechtstreeks van producenten en gevestigde négociants, en onze eigen opslag is klimaatgeregeld en gedocumenteerd. Voor oudere of zeldzamere flessen controleren we vulniveaus, etiketten, kapsules en opslaggeschiedenis voordat we ze aanbieden. Herkomst is precies waarom jachteigenaren ons vertrouwen met de wijn voor hun gasten, dezelfde standaard geldt voor uw kelder.
