The Highland Reverie

Ingredienti

• 45 ml Glenmorangie Original 12 Years Old
• 20 ml Honey liqueur
• 15 ml Fresh lemon juice
• 10 ml Vanilla syrup
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• 1 Egg white
• Splash Filtered water

Preparazione

1. Add all ingredients except water to a cocktail shaker
2. Perform a dry shake without ice for 10 seconds to emulsify the egg white
3. Add a large handful of ice to the shaker
4. Shake vigorously for 12 seconds until well-chilled
5. Double strain into the prepared glass
6. Allow the foam to settle for 5 seconds before serving

The Highland Reverie is served in a chilled coupe glass with a candied orange peel twist garnish and cinnamon dust on the foam.
