- Striscia di zenzero candito da 5 cm posta verticalmente nella schiuma, una fetta sottile di limone che galleggia in superficie e cannella in polvere spolverata leggermente sulla schiuma con un setaccio fine
Ingredienti
- 60ml Glenlivet 13 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky
- 30ml Honey liqueur
- 15ml Fresh lemon juice
- 10ml Ginger syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 1 Egg white
- 15ml Water
Preparazione
- Add egg white and water to a cocktail shaker without ice
- Dry shake vigorously for 10 seconds until foamy
- Add all remaining ingredients to the shaker
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake for 12 seconds
- Double strain into the prepared glass
- Allow the foam to settle for 5 seconds before serving
Coupe glass chilled to 4°C. Garnish with a 5cm strip of candied ginger positioned vertically through the foam, and a single thin lemon wheel floated on the surface. Dust the foam lightly with ground cinnamon using a fine sieve for final presentation.
