Le Cygne Blanc

Ingredienti

• 60 ml Grey Goose Vodka
• 20 ml elderflower liqueur
• 15 ml fresh lime juice
• 10 ml simple syrup
• soda water

Preparazione

1. Fill a shaker with ice
2. Add Grey Goose Vodka, elderflower liqueur, fresh lime juice, and simple syrup
3. Shake well for 10–15 seconds
4. Strain into a tall Collins glass filled with ice
5. Top with soda water and gently stir
6. Garnish with a lime wheel and a sprig of fresh mint
