How much do you need?
As a rule of thumb for a crewed yacht: one bottle of each core spirit covers 4 to 6 guests for a week, with vodka and gin going twice as fast in summer. Double up on anything your guests name in the preference sheet, add one aged spirit for after dinner, and keep a spare of the house pour.
