- 60 ml Bols Cherry Brandy
- 30 ml lemon juice
- 15 ml simple syrup
- 1 egg white
- 3 dashes of cherry bitters
- Cherry and lemon twist for garnish

Instructions:
1. In a shaker, combine Bols Cherry Brandy, lemon juice, simple syrup, egg white, and cherry bitters.
2. Dry shake (without ice) for 10-15 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
3. Add ice to the shaker and shake again for 10-15 seconds.
4. Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
5. Garnish with a cherry and a lemon twist.
