- 60 ml Ron Zacapa XO
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- Orange peel
- Ice

Instructions:
1. In a mixing glass, muddle the brown sugar and bitters until the sugar is dissolved.
2. Add the Ron Zacapa XO and stir until well combined.
3. Add ice to the mixing glass and stir for 30 seconds.
4. Strain the mixture into a rocks glass filled with ice.
5. Garnish with an orange peel and serve.
