Ingredients:
- 45 ml Nonino Antica Cuvée Riserva Invecchiata 5 Yrs
- 30 ml aged balsamic vinegar (minimum 12 years)
- 20 ml fresh lemon juice
- 15 ml honey syrup (1:1 ratio)
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 1 dash orange bitters
- Ice for stirring
1. Fill a mixing glass with ice.
2. Add the Nonino grappa, aged balsamic vinegar, fresh lemon juice, and honey syrup.
3. Add both bitters.
4. Stir continuously for 30 seconds until well-chilled.
5. Strain into the prepared glass using a fine strainer.
Serve in a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a single candied orange peel twist, expressed over the surface and laid across the rim. Finish with a light mist of orange oil atomized over the drink's surface. Present on a dark slate coaster with a small spoon resting on the rim.
