A brilliant pale blonde colour with silver reflections. Discreet nose that opens with floral and peach notes, enhanced by subtle hints of ageing. Ample and tasty on the palate, carried by notes of white flesh fruits. The finish is marked by aromas of lemon peel and a hint of minerality.
Maison Paul Jaboulet-Aîné's Domaine Mule Blanche Crozes-Hermitage Blanc exemplifies the refined whites of France's northern Rhône Valley. Crafted from Marsanne and Roussanne, the classic grape varieties of the appellation, this wine captures the mineral-driven character and elegant restraint that define Crozes-Hermitage white wines. The blend delivers a harmonious balance of citrus and stone fruit aromatics with subtle floral notes, supported by a clean, mineral backbone.
The Rhône's terroir imparts distinctive freshness and complexity to these grapes, creating a wine of medium(+) alcohol that remains beautifully balanced and food-friendly. Domaine Mule Blanche reflects the producer's commitment to expressing terroir authenticity through careful vineyard management and thoughtful winemaking.
Versatile at the table, this Crozes-Hermitage blanc pairs beautifully with shellfish, crab, and other seafood, as well as poultry, mushrooms, and fresh salads. It's equally at home with goat cheese or feta appetizers, and works wonderfully alongside citrus-based dishes and tapas. An excellent choice for villa entertaining, yacht dining, or refined casual occasions.
