Tasting notes
In the lineage of the very elegant Junmaï Daïginjo of the Stella series, here is the muroka-nama, not filtered on charcoal and not pasteurized. The fermentation is slow, at a very low temperature for a sake with a strong impact and incredibly fruity, on melon, and white peach. It is juicy, with a nice acidity and discreet lactic notes. Unpasteurised, the perfect sake for lovers of great freshness and vivacity.

Key characteristics
About this sake
Inaba Shuzo is a Japanese sake brewery that has been producing high-quality sake for over 150 years. The brewery is located in the town of Tatsuno in the Hyogo prefecture, which is known for its pristine water source and ideal climate for sake production.
One of Inaba Shuzo's most popular sakes is the Stella Muroka Nama Genshu. This sake is made using the traditional "muroka" method, which means it is not charcoal filtered, resulting in a richer and more complex flavor profile. The "nama" designation means that the sake is unpasteurized, giving it a fresh and lively taste. Finally, the "genshu" designation means that the sake is undiluted, resulting in a higher alcohol content and a more intense flavor.
The Stella Muroka Nama Genshu has a delicate aroma of rice and a hint of sweetness on the palate, followed by a dry and crisp finish. It pairs well with a variety of Japanese dishes, including sushi, sashimi, and grilled meats.
Overall, Inaba Shuzo's Stella Muroka Nama Genshu is a must-try for sake enthusiasts looking for a high-quality and authentic Japanese sake experience.
