Ingredients
- 50 ml CAP Gin
- 25 ml Lillet Blanc
- 15 ml Elderflower Liqueur
- 15 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
Method
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add the CAP Gin, Lillet Blanc, Elderflower Liqueur, and lemon juice.
- Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
- Double-strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
- Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters to the surface of the drink.
Serve
Coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon twist, expressed over the drink to release the oils.
