Amber, luminous and enveloping. Possessing great aromatic richness, a scent of spices, brioche and pastries, orange and candied friuts. Warm, velvety and persistant, its aromatic shades are backed up with additional apricot friut notes, vanilla and bitter almond. Compared to most fiery grappas, this one, aged 18 months, enters aged brandy territory. It has a bright topaz hue and a big, butterscotchy flavor accented by clove and hot cinnamon sparks, with a drying feel. Pair it with a rich, fruity dessert.

Ingredients and instructions only:

Ingredients:
- 60 ml Nonino Antica Cuvee Riserva Invecchiata
- 15 ml honey syrup
- 15 ml fresh lemon juice
- 1 dash of orange bitters
- 1 sprig of fresh thyme

Instructions:
1. In a shaker, combine Nonino Antica Cuvee Riserva Invecchiata, honey syrup, fresh lemon juice, and orange bitters.
2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
3. Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
4. Garnish with a sprig of fresh thyme and serve.
