Ingredients
- 60 ml The Botanist - Islay Dry Gin
- 20 ml elderflower liqueur
- 15 ml fresh lemon juice
- 10 ml honey syrup
- 2 dashes of orange bitters
- Fresh mint sprig for garnish
Method
- Fill a shaker with ice. - Add The Botanist - Islay Dry Gin, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, honey syrup, and orange bitters. - Shake well for 10–15 seconds. - Strain into a chilled coupe glass. - Garnish with a fresh mint sprig.
Serve
A coupe glass filled with a pale, golden-hued cocktail, garnished with a mint sprig.
