Tasting notes
White blossom and honeydew melon perfume this powerfully ripe yet steely, elegantly lifted Chardonnay. Leesy and richly textured on the palate, it balances concentrated, juicy pear flavor against accents of smoke, vanilla and toast.

Key characteristics
About this wine
Joseph Drouhin's Chablis Montmains comes from the Drouhin Vaudon estate, the house's dedicated Chablis domaine. Montmains is one of the appellation's Premier Cru vineyards, grown entirely to Chardonnay on the Kimmeridgian limestone that defines Chablis structure and salinity.
Expect the classic Montmains signature: citrus and green apple fruit, a chalky spine and a long, saline finish. Serve at 8-10°C alongside oysters, langoustine or a simple grilled sole - Chablis at its most precise, built for shellfish and clean seafood on board.
