Ingredients
- 60 ml Dewar's - White Label
- 20 ml Elderflower liqueur
- 15 ml Fresh lemon juice
- 10 ml Honey syrup (1:1 honey and water)
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
Method
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add Dewar's, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, and honey syrup.
- Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
- Double-strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
- Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters on top.
Serve
Coupe glass, garnish with a lemon twist, serve with a straw.
