The Altius Ascent
The Altius Ascent is a shaken cocktail made with Grey Goose - Altius - Sipping Vodka, served in a coupe glass chilled with crushed ice.

- Crystallized violet placed on the surface of the foam and a delicate lemon twist expressed over the drink and rested on the rim
Ingredients
- 60 ml Grey Goose Altius Vodka
- 20 ml Elderflower liqueur
- 15 ml fresh lemon juice
- 10 ml premium dry vermouth
- 5 ml Crème de violette
- 2 dashes of Peychaud's bitters
- 1 egg white
Method
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker without ice
- Dry shake vigorously for 10 seconds to emulsify the egg white
- Add a large handful of ice to the shaker
- Shake for 15 seconds until well-chilled and frothy
- Fine-strain into the prepared glass
Serve
Coupe glass chilled with crushed ice, garnished with a thin crystallized violet placed on the surface of the foam and a delicate lemon twist expressed over the drink and rested on the rim, with the foam dome presented as the focal point of the cocktail.
