The Grey Horizon is a shaken cocktail made with Grey Goose - Orange, served in a coupe.

Thin orange wheel placed horizontally on the foam surface, topped with three drops of orange bitters arranged in a line. Express orange oil from a fresh peel over the drink's surface

Ingredients

  • 60ml Grey Goose - Orange
  • 20ml Cointreau
  • 25ml Fresh lemon juice
  • 15ml Dry vermouth
  • 5ml Crème de violette
  • 30ml Egg white
  • 2 dashes Orange bitters

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
  2. Dry shake without ice for 10 seconds to emulsify the egg white
  3. Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for 15 seconds
  4. Double strain through a fine mesh strainer into the prepared glass
  5. Allow the foam to settle for 5 seconds before serving

Serve

Serve in a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a thin orange wheel placed horizontally on the foam surface, topped with three drops of orange bitters arranged in a line. Express orange oil from a fresh peel over the drink's surface before serving.
