Raasay is a single malt whisky producer based on the Isle of Raasay, a small island in the Inner Hebrides off the west coast of Scotland. The distillery began production in 2017, marking the return of whisky-making to an island that had been without an active distillery for over a century. The operation focuses on producing single malt whisky using traditional methods suited to the island's remote location and maritime environment.

Isle of Raasay whisky reflects the character of its island setting, where peat, coastal influence, and the local water supply shape the spirit's profile. The distillery sources ingredients locally where possible and employs copper pot stills in the production process. The combination of the island's peaty landscape and maritime exposure typically results in single malts with layered flavour development, balancing smoke and brine with orchard and grain notes.
