Highland Harmony

Zutaten

• 60 ml The Macallan 15 yrs Double Cask
• 20 ml Amontillado sherry
• 10 ml honey syrup
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Zubereitung

1. Fill a mixing glass with ice
2. Add The Macallan 15 yrs Double Cask, Amontillado sherry, honey syrup, and Angostura bitters
3. Stir gently for 20–30 seconds until well chilled
4. Strain into a chilled rocks glass over a large ice cube
5. Express the oils from an orange twist over the drink and use it as a garnish

Serve in a classic rocks glass with a large ice cube and garnish with an orange twist
