Hernö Pink Blossom

Zutaten

• 60 ml Hernö Pink Btl Gin
• 20 ml Lemon juice
• 15 ml Elderflower syrup
• 10 ml Simple syrup
• 2 dashes Aromatic bitters

Zubereitung

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
2. Add the Hernö Pink Btl Gin, lemon juice, elderflower syrup, simple syrup, and aromatic bitters
3. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds
4. Double-strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass

Presented in a coupe glass, garnished with a lemon twist and a small sprig of fresh lavender placed on the rim
