Gordon's Garden Cooler

Zutaten

• 60 ml Gordon's London Dry Gin
• 30 ml fresh lime juice
• 20 ml simple syrup
• 90 ml chilled soda water
• 3 mint leaves

Zubereitung

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Add the Gordon's Gin, lime juice, and simple syrup.
3. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
4. Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.
5. Top with chilled soda water.
6. Gently slap the mint leaves between your palms to release the aroma, and use them to garnish the drink.

Serve in a highball glass. Garnish with 3 mint leaves placed on top of the drink.
