Dufftown Delight

Zutaten

• 60 ml Singleton of Dufftown 12 yrs
• 20 ml Elderflower liqueur
• 15 ml Fresh lemon juice
• 10 ml Honey syrup (1:1 ratio honey to water)
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Zubereitung

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Add the Singleton of Dufftown, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, and honey syrup.
3. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
4. Double strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
5. Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters on top of the drink.

Served in a coupe glass, garnished with a lemon twist.
