Balvenie Caribbean Sunset

Zutaten

• 60 ml The Balvenie 14 yrs Caribbean Cask
• 30 ml freshly squeezed orange juice
• 15 ml freshly squeezed lime juice
• 15 ml simple syrup
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Zubereitung

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
2. Add The Balvenie 14 yrs Caribbean Cask, orange juice, lime juice, simple syrup, and Angostura bitters
3. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds
4. Double-strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass

Coupe glass, garnished with a dehydrated orange wheel and a sprig of fresh thyme, placed on a small wooden serving tray
