Crystal whisky decanter and tumblers on a yacht saloon table — rare spirits from Onshore Cellars
Rare spirits for

Collectors & Connoisseurs

Whisky, cognac and rare bottlings — sourced with provenance, from the team trusted by the world's finest yachts

Rare Spirits & Collectable Whisky

The back bar gets none of the cellar's glory and most of its traffic. For ten years we have stocked superyacht bars with the whiskies, cognacs and rums their owners actually ask for — and, increasingly, collectors ashore ask us to do the same for their homes. This page is for them.

What we stock

Over 500 spirits sit alongside our wines: single malts from the great Scottish houses and the closed distilleries, Japanese whisky, XO and vintage cognac, aged rums, small-batch gins and sipping tequilas — whisky, cognac, gin, vodka and tequila, every bottle priced openly online with a tasting note you can pour from.

Rare bottles, found honestly

Limited releases, discontinued bottlings, a birth-year cognac, the missing edition in a vertical — we source through the allocation network built for rare wine, and we are straight with you: if we can find it, we quote quickly; if we can't, we say so in a day, not a month.

Provenance matters as much as it does for wine

Collectable spirits attract fakes and poor storage. We buy from producers, official distributors and established brokers, check fill levels, closures and cartons on older bottles, and store everything in our own climate-controlled facility near Antibes — where your collection can live too, insured and documented.

Delivered like everything else we do

Same-day on the Côte d'Azur, next-day across France, a few days across the EU, and worldwide to yachts through our provisioning service. Gifting? Presentation boxes and messages handled — see corporate and personal gifts.

Rare spirits FAQs

Often, yes. Limited releases, closed-distillery bottlings, birth-year cognacs and missing editions in a vertical — we hunt through the same broker and allocation network we built for rare wine. If we can find it we quote quickly, and if we can't we tell you within a day rather than leaving you waiting.

We buy from producers, official distributors and established brokers only. On older bottles we check fill level, closure condition, label and carton before we offer them. Provenance is the same discipline whether the bottle is Burgundy or a 1960s single malt.

Yes — same-day on the Côte d'Azur, next-day across France, and a few days for the rest of the EU with duties handled. We also provision yachts worldwide, so a collection can follow its owner to sea.

Yes. Our climate-controlled storage near Antibes holds spirits as happily as wine — stable temperature, no light, full inventory records, and insurance cover available. Bottles are delivered back to you whenever you want them.

It is one of our most common briefs. Tell us how you entertain and we will build the back bar around it — the single malts and XO for slow evenings, the gins and tequilas the galley actually pours, in sensible quantities with tasting notes for whoever serves.

Yes — presentation boxes, personal messages and delivery across Europe. A rare bottle with provenance is one of the few gifts that appreciates; we can advise what will drink well and what will keep well.
