A whiff of bubblegum on the nose comes off this young, light whisky. It's light on the palate, with notes of lemon zest, marshmallow, and strawberry, with a bright acidity. Kurayoshi Sherry Sour

Ingredients:
- 60 ml The Kurayoshi Sherry Cask Pure Malt
- 30 ml fresh lemon juice
- 15 ml simple syrup
- 1 egg white
- 3 dashes of Angostura bitters

Instructions:
1. Add The Kurayoshi Sherry Cask Pure Malt, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white to a shaker.
2. Dry shake (without ice) for 10-15 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
3. Add ice to the shaker and shake again for 10-15 seconds.
4. Strain into a chilled glass.
5. Add 3 dashes of Angostura bitters on top.
6. Garnish with a lemon twist.
