Herradura is a renowned tequila producer located in the heart of Mexico's tequila-producing region, the state of Jalisco. With over 145 years of history, this family-owned distillery has become a symbol of authenticity, tradition, and quality in the world of tequila.

Founded in 1870 by Félix López, Herradura has been passed down through five generations and is currently owned by the Beckmann family. The name "Herradura" translates to "horseshoe" in Spanish, paying homage to the horseshoe-shaped hacienda where the tequila is produced. This iconic symbol is also present on the brand's logo, representing good luck and fortune.

Herradura's tequila-making process is a perfect blend of modern technology and traditional methods. The agave plants used to make their tequila are grown in the rich red soil of the Amatitán region, where the climate and altitude are ideal for producing high-quality agave.
