This elegant and classic Cabernet is full bodied and very flavorful Yarden Cabernet Sauvignon will develop in the bottle in the coming years and stay in excellent drinking condition for a decade and more from harvest. We love serving this wine with seared beef tenderloin with a Cabernet reduction sauce, lamb chops with a garlic-mint sauce, or tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms.
