The Klamm is located next to the Hermannshöhle, one of the caves in the region. Its name is a very old word to describe the vineyard, among the steepest in the region, with extremely stony soils. The site lends itself to the production of very elegant and fruity Rieslings, with citrus and peach flavors. Niederhauser Klamm Kabinett 2021 is the perfect reflection of this, with its elegance, its fruity acidity, and its delicate freshness.
