Selected from their most calcareous vineyard plots and smaller clusters, the grapes were fermented with native yeasts in concrete eggs made with Atacama stones. Tara Sauvignon Blanc 2022 was bottled unfined and unfiltered with the fine lees to preserve the pure character of the Atacama Desert. This is the second vintage of this wine. It is lively and vibrant, light, refreshing and acidic.
